Breakfast: 2 Egg Muffins with Sriracha sauce
AM Snack: apple and Celery sticks
Lunch: I made a delicious salad from chopped belgian endive lettuce, celery, apples, leftover salad from the night before and some olive oil. Very very filling and refreshing.
PM Snack: Banana and a couple carrot sticks
Dinner: DELICIOUS zucchini noodles cut from my vegetti and Turkey/Veggie Meatballs in marinara sauce
Breakfast:2 Egg Muffins with Srirach sauce
AM Snack: Banana + herbal tea
PM Snack: celery with peanut butter. (I know I broke the no nuts rule. “Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do?”
Dinner: Leftovers. Fresh salad with Turkey Veggie/Meatballs.
